Work daily with Internal Department, Field Managers and Superintendents as well as Field Mechanics.Work closely with our Field Services Dispatcher and our parts personnel to assure on time delivery of parts.Participate in technical training with dealer / manufacturer and as much as possible and pass on that training to other mechanics.Observe and report any deficiencies to forward our PM program for effectiveness and possible additions to our program.Review shop tool requirements to do work more efficiently.Comply with Human Resources p olicies.Assure compliance with all governmental and company safety polices.
Assure quality of repairs to minimize recall/duplicate work.Develop quick and accurate communication with field personnel and dispatch.This will be accomplished by phone/email or directly at job site. Assist equipment technicians or service personnel with technical support.
